Deposit: A 25% deposit is required to secure your reservation.

Final Balance: Due no later than 14 days before the event.

Cancellation: All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

We can host events at your accommodation (with permission), at venues without inhouse catering, or any other location of your choice, as long as it is permitted.
